High school students are invited to explore the history of political parties and how our country has miraculously survived 243 years of political discord in this three-part discussion. Students do not have to attend all sessions.

There will be an overview of party platforms and the role our Constitution plays in politics. We will not bicker, slobber or get fired up. We simply will have a conversation. Students will learn how to appreciate others’ stance on issues without generating news-worthy hostility.

“Pull the Plug” sessions will be held Feb, 13, Feb. 20 and Feb. 27.
